Philip J. Scolieri owns and operates the company in Pittsburgh where he was raised, educated and continues to make his home.

Mr. Scolieri attended Central Catholic Highschool, University of Pittsburgh, and Duquesne University School of Law. He has an unsurpassed understanding of our region and the laws governing the property transactions that place here.

Mr. Scolieri is a title agent and also a practicing attorney licensed in The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania

Dana Johnson is a Licensed Title Agent within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and brings extensive experience in the title industry. She started out her career as a Real Estate Agent and then moved over to the title industry in 2010. She began her career with Greater Pittsburgh Settlement Company in 2015 as a Closing Assistant and has since developed a comprehensive understanding of every stage of the title process.

Dana specializes in working closely with lenders, ensuring that all requirements are met with accuracy and attention to detail. Known for her professionalism, timeliness, and organizational skills, she takes pride in creating a seamless closing experience for her clients. Her expertise in managing compliance not only streamlines the process but also provides confidence and peace of mind, knowing every aspect is handled with care.

Alexandra Scolieri is a licensed Real Estate Agent & Property & Casualty insurance Agent.

Alexandra Scolieri began her career with Greater Pittsburgh Settlement Company, where she handled bookkeeping and provided valuable support throughout the office. Her passion, dedication, and love for learning quickly propelled her into her current role as a Closing Coordinator.

Alexandra consistently goes above and beyond for her clients, taking great care in her work while building strong, lasting relationships along the way. Her keen attention to detail, ability to learn quickly, and openness to feedback have all contributed to her continued success.

Specializing in commercial closings, Alexandra is known for her problem-solving skills and determination to see every transaction through to the closing table. Her work ethic and commitment to excellence truly set her apart.

Christine Cunningham

Closing Assistant

Christine Cunningham serves as a Closing Assistant for Greater Pittsburgh Settlement Company. With a strong background in customer service and administrative support, Christine is known for her communication skills, task orientation, and adaptability.

In her role, Christine helps facilitate smooth closings by ordering lien letters and title work, and by coordinating with buyers, sellers, agents, and lenders from the very beginning of the process. She is highly skilled in research and takes pride in finding accurate, detailed information to support successful closings. A true team player, Christine works collaboratively with her colleagues to ensure every transaction runs efficiently from start to finish.

Christine earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Arts from the University of Pittsburgh in 2000. Outside of work, she enjoys camping with her family and attending live music events.

Lucy Angell

Lucy Angell serves as a Closing Assistant for Greater Pittsburgh Settlement Company. A 2025 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, Lucy was eager to apply her strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and dedication to hard work in the title industry.

Before joining GPSC, Lucy gained valuable experience as a Legal Assistant, where she developed knowledge in estates and reviewing legal documents—skills that now serve her well in her role. She helps facilitate smooth closings by ordering lien letters and title work, and by coordinating with buyers, sellers, agents, and lenders from the very beginning of the process. Lucy particularly enjoys clearing titles and reviewing the legal documents on title commitments, known as the exceptions.

Known for being thorough and a quick learner, Lucy only needs to be shown something once before mastering it. She has a genuine passion for learning and continues to expand her knowledge every day. Her enthusiasm, reliability, and commitment to excellence make her a valuable part of the GPSC team and contribute to smooth, successful closings.
